What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word meant “universal life force.”

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique, a holistic hand on healing practice, the reiki practitioner places their hand on or above the client’s body major energy center and body to channel and transfer the universal energy through the hand to deliver the universal energy to client’s body major energy center “chakras” and body.

Reiki is a natural healing technique and one of its main functions is to clear, unblock, remove and restore the energy flow through the body energy system and promoting and encourage body self-healing ability to reach and maintain body optimal and natural balance.

Reiki promotes relaxation, and balance by releasing emotional distress, anxiety, high levels of stress and tension, inflammation, and pain.

What to do before your Reiki session?
Before your appointment you need to know what is the main reason or purpose for your reiki session, so take time to meditate and determine your needs.
Before your session try to avoid heavy meals, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and smoke one day before if it’s possible have a light meal 2 or 3 hrs. before your session, so that it does not interfere with any health problem or treatment that you are currently taking.
Before your session is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing, shoes or socks and if it’s possible to not wear jewelry. Please try to come to your session as natural as possible and try to not wear any perfume after shower if it’s possible and comfortable for you.
All the sessions are performed by the Reiki Master practitioner individually and in private and respectful manner.
Children and all under 18 years old require one parent or guardian to be present during the whole session.

​The practitioner will perform the reiki session with hand above the client’s chest area (heart chakras) and pelvic area (root chakra) for female and male clients
